This book is a great addition to any guitar player or guitar teachers collection.
Ive been using all his books ( Steven Mooney ) for the last few years to teach my students.
Being a music teacher and professional musician for more than 20 years I highly recommend
any of the books in his series " Constructing Walking Jazz Bass Lines " .
Great to see this book has finally been adapted for the guitar player.
The backing tracks from his bass books are great for soloing over for any instrument, this one has just the drum tracks which are
in slow and medium tempos and allow the player to lock in and apply the concepts covered for guitar walking bass .
This book covers a lot of material, and includes bass lines and the blues and bebop blues in 12 keys , these lines are the real deal.
The books are great for the student as well as the seasoned professional looking to brush up or add new skills.
